Biography: Ms. Lavinsky has been selected as a Southern California Rising Star for 2009 and 2010 by Los Angeles Magazine, Super Lawyers edition, through peer nomination and an independent research and review process. In addition to general civil litigation, Ms. Lavinsky represents clients involved in complex, high asset dissolution, paternity, separation and nullity cases. Her strong litigation background enables her to handle issues associated with intricate and contentious support, custody and visitation matters as well as the division of marital and non-marital property.
